I’m so happy you are here! As a Life and Strengths Coach, it is my passion to help others discover their unique God-given gifts and strengths. Each person has a specific call and purpose for their life. In discovering one’s gifts and talents, a blueprint is revealed for the distinctive way God has designed each person for a specific and unrepeatable mission.
With eyes of hope, I love journeying with my clients, encouraging them, and looking for the “possibilities” that are waiting to be found, as they move forward with their personal goals and fulfilling God’s purpose for their lives.

PURPOSE
Life Coaching
Life Coaching can be life changing! It can help you move forward toward what God has created you to be and do, uncover your God-given talents, and live out your unique mission. Many times, ones' "mindset" can hold one back from moving forward to where they desire to be and where God desires them to be. Life Coaching can help you in areas such as relationships, life-balance, vision/purpose/mission, prayer/spiritual life, health and wellness, and other areas where you would like to grow and reach your goals, and be all that God has created you to be!
Strengths Coaching
Strengths Coaching for many is transformational, as you discover your God-given talents through the CliftonStrengths Assessment, and begin leveraging them to reach goals, and feel more fulfilled. Through the coaching process, clients get a clearer picture of what their gifts are and what energizes and motivates them. They also discover what their unique "intrinsic needs" are, which helps one to live a more vibrant and well-balanced life.
